Kingston's Art Organizations Head to Council

On Tuesday April 8th, the meeting of City Council led off with a presentation by The Festival on the St. Lawrence. From April 8th to June 10 a different arts organization from the Kingston community presented at each of the council meetings.

Presenters made clear and concise statements describing their organizations and what they bring to the community. The objective was to raise awareness of the substantial contribution our groups and organizations make to Kingston and the reason why Kingston is such a fantastic place to live. We feel this is especially appropriate in an election year!
